Leo Martin is a partner of Peters Law Firm. His practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate, and business matters. He grew up in Imogene, Iowa and received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agricultural Education from Iowa State University and his law degree in 1982 from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Prior to joining Peters Law Firm, Leo taught for two years and worked for three years in the estate and business planning program of the Federal Land Bank. Leo is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association; the American, Iowa, and Pottawattamie County Bar Associations; and is past chair of the Agricultural Law Section of the Iowa State Bar Association. Leo is married and has three children. He is active in community, professional, and church activities. Leo’s services include, though are not limited to estate planning and probate.
