John M. McHale

John McHale is a principal of Peters Law Firm. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, John practices primarily in personal injury litigation, both plantiff and defense. John is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa, and is a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. John has been a president of both Iowa Legal Services Corporation and the local American Red Cross Board of Directors, and has served on the board of the Nebraska Men's Soccer Association and the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Council Bluffs. He is an active coach for YMCA and the Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation program and donates his time to St. Patrick's Catholic Church and St. Albert schools.
